People Profits Principle #48

Have you ever started working on something - only to find out that it is worse then you thought? Can we all agree that by waiting - it never get better? Have you ever noticed that just by spending effort on something makes it better? It is the same with people - are you willing to spend the time up front for the great benefits at the end?

When an organization decides to make something better - they learn quickly that the issue will take more time and resources to fix then they budgeted. They also find that the benefits are greater then they imagined. If the organization will hold on and give it time these greater benefits will arrive. Much like working out - you never see the benefits quickly. It always takes time.
