Why Should You Attend:

Rising employee turnover, declining employee engagement, inability to find or keep good employees, keeping bad employees due to work requirements, failure to motivate employees, soaring training costs, deteriorating employee satisfaction survey results: the list goes on and on. The basic issues one’s organization faces in each of the elements will be reviewed and examples will be given for creating and implementing strategies and plans for each element that will synergize with the other six elements. Topic Background:

”People are our greatest asset.” However, most organizations continue to struggle with HR departments that are focused on Employee Relations and paperwork. Business Owners and CEOs need more then this to make their organizations competitive, productive and profitable. The first step in making your people your greatest asset is to create and implement a human capital strategy and plan.
