"I need MORE people!!"
My reaction many times is that they need FEWER but more PRODUCTIVE people. I have developed a system called "3 for 4". The result is three happier, more productive people - versus four unhappy and less productive people.
So, the next time you feel like this:
- Productivity increases - costs decrease!!
- Employee retention/engagement increases dramatically
- Each situation is unique and must be handled with care.
- 3 for 4 was developed for a small department - It works as well with larger groups.
- Employees easily understand and buy into it.
